The paper has to answer all of the questions down below. It must include my topic which is loss grief and dying and how it relates to nursing. As well as taking a patient case study and answering the questions I included at the end. I provided a document with all of the patient info as well as a quick overview down below. Because this is an imaginary patient and case, some details can be made up as long as they are relevant to the patient themselves, I also included a care plan that includes interventions and a nursing plan of care for the patient.

Started with redness and progressively painful. Patient admitted to getting some abrasions while working in his yard and clearing out debris. Patient has a wound culture positive for MRSA and elevated white blood cells indicating an infection. Patient was out in vancomycin and wound dressing changes every 12 hours were ordered. More patient information in document provided.
