a. Define the intervention logic using the information provided in the terms of reference.

b. Propose the relevant assumptions. Clearly identify the different type of assumptions

involved in each of the levels of the intervention logic.

c.Costs should not be included in the Matrix.

d.Matrix should not have more than 4 pages.

2. Prepare the Risk Management Matrix for this same intervention

a. articulate the risk management strategy with the Log Frame Matrix,

particularly in what concerns the articulation between risk management strategies and

outputs

b.Be synthetic and avoid unnecessary repetition.

c.Matrix should not exceed one page.
