• When answering the questions, make sure to elaborate your answers using concepts from the
chapter and provide examples from the case. This is an open book assignment. Be thorough and
show that you mastered relevant project management concepts
• Your answers must be precise, answer the questions, and show your understanding of the material
• The quality of your work will reflect the following grading scheme:
• A – Excellent (Excellent answers, thorough report, excellent examples, and outstanding
usage of PM concepts. Includes an APA reference section. Correct file formatting)
• B – Good (Good answers, good examples, good report, and good usage of PM concepts)
• C – Satisfactory (Satisfactory answers, examples, report, and usage of PM concepts)

• Answer questions using an essay format. You may use bullets if you want to describe a list
• There is no page limit. Make sure your answers reflect your knowledge of the material
• You must include your references and include them on the last page. At least, your first reference
should be your textbook.
